New York Co-Op Reform is a grassroots organization dedicated to informing New York co-op owners of their rights while connecting them with city and state agencies. We advocate for shareholders frustrated by outdated laws that don’t pertain to them as well as elderly residents and co-op owners being preyed upon by unscrupulous or greedy real estate developers or dubiously managed co-op boards.
